Equipment composition: The resin abrasive hardening furnace is a chamber-type circulating hot air furnace. It is mainly composed of a furnace body, a furnace base, a blower, an air duct, a guide plate, a powerful stirring fan, a heating resistance box and an electrical control cabinet. The electric heating element heating box is installed on the top of the furnace body.

Process: The air in the furnace enters the electric heating element heating box through the blower and is heated. It enters the furnace from the guide plates on both sides through the air duct, heats the resin grinding tool body, and then enters the heating box from the air duct, and so on. The powerful stirring fan produces strong stirring of the hot air in the furnace, causing the hot air to be in an intense "turbulent flow" rather than a "directional flow", thereby achieving a uniform temperature in the furnace.
